Say Thanks

There are many ways to acknowledge the support of your employer and to thank them for their efforts.

First, and most important of all, is to physically say thank you and acknowledge them on a personal level. This could be followed up with a more formal letter to HR or a line manager. These gestures of apprectaion go a long way to ensure a positive working relationship between you, your employer, and the NZDF.

For larger gestures DESC and your Regional Liason Officers can offer unique experiences for supportive employers through Operation Mōhiohio and the recognition awards.
